‘Anusandhani’ Merit Scholarship Exam – 2026

This Refund Policy governs registration fees paid for the Anusandhani Merit Scholarship Exam conducted by HeartNest Development Association.

1. General Policy

Registration fees are generally non-refundable, as they are used to cover administrative and operational expenses.

Once payment is successfully processed, cancellation by the applicant does not automatically entitle the applicant to a refund.

2. Exceptions

• Duplicate payment due to technical error
• Excess amount paid due to system malfunction
• Examination cancelled by the organising body

Refund requests must be submitted within 3 (three) days from the date of transaction by emailing mail@heartnest.org.in or contacting us via phone/WhatsApp at 700-2011-530, along with complete transaction details and proof of payment.

3. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days, subject to payment gateway timelines.

4. Mode of Refund

Refunds, if approved, will be processed through the original mode of payment.

5. Final Decision

All refund decisions shall be at the discretion of HeartNest Development Association and shall be final.
